Headaches & Migraine

Headaches and migraines can cause debilitating pain. Unfortunately, many people feel that they have to simply put up with this pain or mask it with pain-killers when in fact, their pain could be relieved through chiropractic treatments.

Your head, face and jaw contain many muscles and nerves and therefore are prone to problems related to those elements.

Headaches caused by misalignments of joints in your neck and/or muscular tension in your neck or head are common issues we treat. 

Headaches and migraines have many possible causes, but the causes that can be directly addressed with chiropractic care are those originating from underlying musculoskeletal issues especially those in the neck and shoulders and accumulated tension from stress and prolonged poor posture.

As part of your initial consultation, your chiropractor will ask you questions to assess what the origin of your headaches or migraines may be and then develop a treatment plan for your specific case.
