At Back Up Clinic we use dry needling to complement our chiropractic and myofascial treatments. Dry needling is used to release tight muscles that have seized up or spasmed and cannot be released by normal massage techniques. Often these permanently tight muscle groups can cause pain that refers to other areas of the body.
The dry needling technique works by strategically inserting tiny, acupuncture-style needles into trigger points in the muscles. This will initially cause the muscle to contract and twitch. However, after a short time, the muscles relax, and the tension is released. |

Dry Needling CostsOur dry needling treatments are charged at $125 for a standard appointment and $160 for an initial consultation, which will include a full body assessment and treatment plan.
